Where applicable law requires opt-in consent rather than an opt-out, we will obtain the required consent before selling, sharing, or otherwise processing the affected information.
Aggregated and deidentified data
A request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information does not restrict our use, disclosure, licensing, sale, or commercialization of information that has been properly aggregated or deidentified and is no longer reasonably linkable to a particular person or household.
We may retain and commercialize aggregated and deidentified information indefinitely, subject to applicable law.
