What is a Mock Oral attempt?
A Mock Oral is a typed practice examination based on your test report and study progress. AI evaluates the completed exam and provides feedback after submission.

Instructor Remediation
Instructor questions & answers
How does the platform know what my student missed?
You simply upload or snap a photo of your student’s Airman Knowledge Test Report (AKTR). Our system instantly parses the cryptic FAA codes to map out their exact knowledge deficiencies.
What is the difference between the Smart and Manual Study Drills?
The Smart Study Drill automatically generates a tailored oral evaluation based on the student's missed questions to save you prep time. The Manual Study Drill isolates the deficient ACS codes and surfaces a full question bank so you can handpick specific scenario questions.
Can Ground Instructors use this platform to sign off remediation?
Yes. Advanced Ground Instructors (AGIs) and Instrument Ground Instructors (IGIs) can legally sign off on the specific exams permitted under their certificates. Instructors are responsible for verifying their certificate permissions.
Can I edit a remediation record after I sign off on it?
No. To maintain a legally binding audit trail for the FAA and DPEs, all exam data, quiz histories, and timestamped metadata become completely immutable once signed. You can only append private instructor notes or use a "Revoke and Re-Issue" action.
How do students get their physical logbook endorsement?
The platform formats a beautifully clean, compliant text block that you can copy and paste into digital logbooks like ForeFlight or print out as an adhesive sticker to place directly into a traditional paper logbook.
How many uploads are included in the Free tier?
The Free tier includes 1 free upload per month, with any additional on-demand scans costing $7 each.
Do my unused monthly subscription uploads roll over?
No. The 4 uploads included in the Pro plan expire at the end of each billing cycle and reset. However, any individually purchased add-on scans ($3 each for Pro) never expire and carry over indefinitely.
