// FREQUENTLY ASKED
What does 18 months of access mean?
A single payment provides 18 months of access from the purchase date. Access does not renew automatically.
What happens after 18 months?
Course access ends automatically. Your account and saved study history remain available, but any study material is locked.
How does the test endorsement work?
Pass two consecutive practice exams at 80% or above and the endorsement request unlocks in your account. Your instructor endorsement is then issued for the FAA Private Pilot knowledge test. (Coming soon)
Do I need a test report to use the course?
No. You can study before taking the knowledge test. After the test, uploading your AKTR powers the test report debrief and your personalized oral prep.
Is this the official FAA test, and are you affiliated with the FAA?
No. This is a practice bank and study system organized around the current FAA Airman Certification Standards. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA, and the official test is taken at an approved testing center.
Does the Instrument Rating course cover helicopters?
The Instrument Rating course covers the airplane knowledge test. Pilots adding an Instrument Helicopter rating can purchase the separate directional Transition Oral Prep module.
